Speaking from the heart:
This pandemic has been a Long rough ride for all of us, and especially so for those of us who lost our jobs in the travel industry, whether it was to sell travel, organise events, airlines, hotels, restaurants, transport services. I have been silent for a while, regarding Travel and in the interim discovered a new talent and acquired a few side hustles: selling Tupperware, AMC cookware, etc. Trying to survive day to day is not easy when your main source of income is suspended indefinitely. The world has changed and we have to adapt and go with the flow; Losing some of our dear loved ones, family and friends is hard and we have to pick up the pieces and keep moving forward.

As I slowly try to rebuild my Travel Consulting business, I am taking the opportunity to ask if you are still interested in travelling, whether it be locally or internationally. Steam Bread

DURATION
10 min

COOKING
20 min

STANDING TIME
2 min

INGREDIENTS
4 Persons
150 ml warm water
5 ml instant dry yeast
2 cup cake flour
3 ml salt
8 ml sugar

Instructions
Pour the water and yeast into a That's a Bowl (3L) and allow to stand for 2 min.

Sift the flour, add the salt and sugar, then knead until the dough is combined and does not stick to the hands.

Cover it up and let rise (approx. 45-60 min).

Fill your MicroGourmet Steamer Water Tray with 400ml of water and place the steamer base into the water tray.

Once your dough has risen, flour your hands and mold 1/3 of your dough into a round shape and place in the MicroGourmet Steamer Colander. Place the cover over the steam base and microwave for 20 min.

Allow to stand for 5 min then remove your steamed bread.

Drain the water and clean the MicroGourmet Steamer before repeating the process for the remaining dough.
