Bokkomlaan and its simplistic beauty has people captivated from all over the world and often referred to as the place where time stands still

Velddrif is a small fishing town on the West Coast of South Africa. This RAMSAR heritage site boasts abundant birdlife, such as Spoonbills, Pelicans, Flamingo, Kingfishers to name but a few

You might even encounter some of these birds casually fishing from the river's edge or causing some temporary "road blocks" on your stoll down this old gravel road.

Our 4 sleeper accommodation is really nice but its the nature scenes that always steal the show!

Beautiful, serene Bokkomlaan with its magical sunrises & sunsets in many colourful shades of blue, pink & orange takes your breath away everytime!

Local delicacies are just a stroll away! Try some really great coffee & freshly baked goodness or a lunch out on a jetty while the resident pelicans swim around you casually

Cracklin' Rosie River Tours lifts pilgrims from Velddriff to Cloetieskraal.

We went out today on the boat and had fields of white daisies and snow capped mountains in the distance.

Spring in the foreground and winter in the distance.
