Office Administrator vacancy in Vryheid for 3 months – R3,760 p/m. Start date ASAP.

MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel & MS Teams!

Minimum Job Requirements:
Matric
Competency in MS Office
Good typing skills with an average of 30 words per minute with minimum errors
Preferably 3 languages
Preferably N6 (Management Assistant or Business/Financial or Public Management)

Desirable Skills, Abilities & Experience:

Fully computer literate with an advanced level of competency in MS Office (essential) - word processing, spreadsheets, databases, file management, e-mail and the internet.

Exceptional communication skills and above average interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and independently, is responsible & has initiative

Strong administration skills, problem solver & team player

An understanding of organisational business processes and procedures

Dynamic and self-motivated, a self-starter and is proactive & thinks out the box

Has high principles of integrity & a burning desire to succeed & help others to do the same.
