Only in Stilbaai will you find this famous honey-almond-thyme tart, a speciality at Fresh Lemon. What Fynbos substitute would we recommend for the thyme? Woody Snow bush perhaps with that distinctive wild rosemary flavour? And maybe we'd add a hint of Honeybush to the almond base. Delish all round!
