KAALVOET APARTMENTS available on longer term. 1, 2 or 3 Bedrooms available for a month or two (till the end of November). We are going to let our apartments on longer term for a while. Apartments are interlinked therefore it can be combined depending on the size needed. Ideal for somebody building a house and need to be close or in the process of looking for property in Yzerfontein. Full DSTV and Wi-Fi will be included in the rental. Kaalvoet Yzer Self Catering Apartments

KAALVOET is a fully self-contained luxury apartment with 3 en-suite bedrooms (Fynbos, Seashells and Ocean) accommodating between 2 and 6 people.

It is only 150 meters from the ocean with a beautiful view of the Pearl Bay beach as well as the fynbos area adjacent to the house. Do not be surprised if you are entertained by a visit from one of our local ostriches or francolins and if you are lucky, you might even spot a Caracal/Lynx (Rooikat). Yzerfontein is well known for its stunning sunsets.

A booking for two people includes the FYNBOS room and the self-catering living area and kitchen. Add the SEASHELLS room for another 2 people and the OCEAN room for 2 more people (additional fees apply).

We offer DSTV, free Wi-Fi and parking on the premises. You also have a private barbeque area adjacent to the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE: Minimum stay is 2 nights, especially over weekends!

KAALVOET VILLA is the top floor of an upmarket self-catering holiday home with four en-suite bedrooms. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Fully equipped kitchen, braai/fireplace, spacious lounge and dining room perfect for entertaining. See the spectacular sunsets of Yzerfontein from the deck. Only 150 metres from the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean as well as a green belt of fynbos on the side. Wi-Fi, DSTV (full bouquet), a separate scullery, laundry and parking on the premises.

FYNBOS is a fully self-contained apartment and is spacious and tastefully furnished. It has 1 private bedroom with a queen-size bed, fully equipped kitchen and small lounge area with a fireplace. The open-plan kitchen area has an oven, stove and dining room table and chairs.

OCEAN is an open plan, luxury room facing the ocean and has a queen-size bed (accommodates 2 people). Private bathroom with a shower and spacious seating area. Equipped with its own kettle, microwave, small fridge and a patio with a table and chairs.
