Samfya Beach Camp & Reservation Centre Any expenses that might have been made before departure/cancellation will be the responsibility of the guest in a situation that the guest cannot reschedule.

Samfya Beach Camp & Reservation is a camping and relaxation place with a view and helps you with all your accommodation, activities bookings at the beach including falls & other tourist sites around the Northern circuit on SIC Basis reserved for you. If you are visiting Samfya for the first time and you are not sure which beach front to go to or you simply just want to camp and have your activitie

s at the beach including falls and other tourist sites around the Northern circuit on SIC Basis reserved for you, then this beach front is sure to please you. This beach front is a beautiful place to sunbathe, braai, swim, Soro travel, group travel and family outing with several slots were one can braai and picnic setup and the road next door. We will Arrange and reserve all your activities including falls and other tourist sites around the Northern circuit on SIC Tour Basis, Romantic setups and meals while you enjoy the beach. If you like camping or a relaxation place with a view, this beach front Camp and Reservation is a place to be at as you CAMP OR RELAX on the beach of the largest stretch of southwestern shore of Lake Bangweulu. BOOKING PROCEDURES
• Romantic Setup and Beach Camp Provisional bookings are held for 7 (seven) consecutive days after which the booking is automatically released.
• The booking is confirmed upon the payment of a non-refundable deposit of 25% depending on the total cost the reservation is received by Samfya Beach Camp to secure the reservation.
• A receipt is issued upon any payment made.
• All reservations made in respect of Samfya Beach Camp and/or our partner products and services are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier of the services booked. On request we will advise the identity of the supplier and may provide a copy of the supplier’s terms and conditions before agreement is made, once booking is confirmed, that information cannot be shared anymore and is between the supplier and Samfya Beach Camp and Reservation Center
• Duplicate reservations may not be held either directly or indirectly. ITINERARY AND SCHEDULE CHANGES AND LIABILITY
Although every effort is made to adhere to reserved schedules and Activity, Samfya Beach Camp reserves the right and may even be obliged to occasionally cancel a booking or change time arrangements, as a result of a change in circumstances. Such circumstances may include, but not be limited to:
• Safety reasons,
• Seasonal rainfall,
• Unsafe destinations,
• Game migrations from one region to another,
• Unscheduled camp/lodge closure (including but not limited to closure due to fire, flood, adverse weather damage etc.),
• Strike,
• War or government or other interference.
• Acts of God
Samfya Beach Camp cannot be held liable for any change or resultant delay nor will any such change constitute a reason for a refund either in full or in part. PRICING
We will do our utmost to honour our prices as quoted to you, however should there be any unforeseen increases in fuel costs, availability, currency fluctuations and/or government levies/taxes or prices we would need to be surcharged or adjusted accordingly. DEPOSIT, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION FEES
• Bookings will only be confirmed upon payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit unless clearly stated otherwise.
• The balance of the total cost due is payable 2 (two) weeks prior to travel date directly to any of the provided means of payments and must include all withdrawal charges.
• Cancellations will only become effective upon written acknowledgment by Samfya Beach Camp and Reservation Center of the receipt of notification of the cancellation.
• Cancellation fees are levied when guests cancel confirmed reservations. The costs of the cancellation fees will escalate the closer the guest/s cancels to their confirmed departure date. Our penalties escalate from forfeiting the deposit to payment in full as follows:
• Should a cancellation be made more than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to the start of the program booked with Samfya Beach Camp and Reservation Center (referred to as departure below), the non-refundable deposit is forfeited.
• Should a guest cancel between 8 weeks (55 days) and 4 weeks (28 days) prior to departure, the deposit plus 25% of the price is forfeited.
• Should a guest cancel between 4 weeks (27 days) and 3 weeks (21 days) prior to departure, 50% of the price is forfeited.
• Should a guest cancel between 3 weeks (20 days) and 2 weeks (14 days) prior to departure, 60% of the price is forfeited.
• Should a guest cancel between 13 days up to and including the day of departure, then 100% of the price is forfeited.
• The reservation fee is automatically forfeited once a Reservation is marked as “Fully Booked ”
• Should a guest fail to check in, Samfya Beach Camp will be entitled to treat the reservation as cancelled without giving notice and 100% cancellation fee will apply. BANKING DETAILS
Banking details will be provided on invoices and statements once transactions commence.
