FEEL - THINK - ACT . Mourinho was in "a bad mood" (feeling) "and not thinking". He acted before he thought.
When we ACT before we THINK, we run the risk of being or we might say things that are hurtful, things that we'll regret later. But it is still important to say exactly what and how we feel. It's the balance that we need to work on. We've got to THINK what damage our words spoken in ANGER will have on the listener and on ourselves. How has Mourinho's speech affected/effected his relationship with Luke Shaw and the team and the fans? How will that affect the team going forward? It is important that we balance our feelings. Easier said than done, but still necessary. We've got to keep trying, so should Mourinho.
