This is when dry and sunny weather prevails with daytime temperatures averaging around 25 degrees Celcius.

“Outstanding comfort, staff, and classic Kariba wildlife and fishing trips.

There is simply no better way to explore Kariba. Taking a houseboat safari may seem as if you won't get close to wildlife, but the beauty of this lake is that the waterways are lined with so many animals that you can see from the house boat as you moor close to shore, or aboard one the small tender boats that you can take fishing.

Sovereign is a wonderful boat, perfectly sized to accommodate a large group. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the refreshing pool and the fishing trips on the small boat where we caught tiger fish and plenty of bream.

The staff are excellent and super-friendly, and falling asleep to the gently rocking of the lake was sublime.”
