Key Responsibilities:
• Secure top-tier deals for our clients by identifying and negotiating favorable rates, terms, and conditions with hotel partners.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with hotel partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
• Perform comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of trends within the travel and hospitality sectors.
• Strategically enhance our hotel portfolio by identifying and contracting with properties that meet our quality and pricing standards.
• Expand the company's offerings by analyzing market trends and finding new opportunities.
• Work on dynamic connectivity with hotel chains and channel managers.
• Recommend preferred partner hotels in key destinations, negotiating exclusive deals to benefit our clients.
• Address and resolve any issues related to standard and service levels with suppliers.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in hotel contracting, procurement, or a related field within the travel industry.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of securing favorable terms and rates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Deep knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
