GENERAL CONTRTACTING
Our strength in delivery is largely attributable to our core team’s extensive experience in construction. We deliver construction projects to multiple sectors including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and residential units. MBC are a team of construction professionals with extensive experience in small to large complex projects. Our delivery is successful due to strong leadership from our construction team getting involved at the early stages of the project to identify the project risks. This allows the design to be procured and delivered to exacting standards.

FIT OUT WORKS
We provide wide range of services from office make goods to multi-level offices, ,retails and hospitality fit outs, towers fit outs. Whilst we actively tender on small to large fit out projects, we have many repeat clients. Our clients include private individuals, Multinational Companies, property developers, interior designers, client project managers and commercial architects. We are often invited at the early stages of a project to add value up front instead of the traditional tender process. Our fit out projects typically range from 50 K AED to 7 Million .AED.
We have got the expertise to deliver complete solutions for Block Walls, Gypsum Partition and Ceiling, Wall Cladding, Painting Works, Tiling Works, and we effectively undertake and coordinate the Electrical and Mechanical Needs.
REFURBISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE
We deliver small to large refurbishment projects to multiple sectors. These projects are often upgrades to building assets owned by Individuals, Authorities, or Developers. We are usually engaged directly by client or client representatives and facilities managers to undertake these projects. MBC ‘s project team understand how to successfully manage projects in tenant occupied environments minimizing disruption to building tenants.
