Doula Adore provides birth and postnatal doula services. As a Hypnobirthing teacher I will guide and support you in having a calm, comfortable birth.

I am the mother of two beautiful little girls and I have a passion for all things relating to pregnancy, birth and babies. Having recently achieved a VBAC, I would love to support any mother on the same journey. Certified as a birth and postnatal doula, I believe all mothers deserve a beautiful and fulfilling birth experience and it is my goal to help and support you in achieving this. As a Hypnob

irthing Practitioner I can teach you the necessary tools and techniques to have a calm, relaxed and comfortable birth. I am also very passionate about breastfeeding and certified as a Breastfeeding Peer Supporter to offer help and information to all mothers wanting to breastfeed.
