In last 28 years, civil war damaged all schools, transportation constructions did not improved the agriculture lands and the irrigation systems strongly increased in the livestock. In considering, for those objects now after the end of war all country especially in rural areas need for basic reconstruction and development activities. For those objects, some educated and national professionals decide to setup one construction company for participation active and direct to reconstruction and sustainable-equitable development in rural areas.
