Rates:
Up to 2 persons: $145.00 per night. Up to 6 persons: $235.00 per night.

- Pick up service from the airport, up to 4 person: $30.00 - each additional person: $10.00.
- Price include towels and bed linen, will be replaced weekly.
- Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
- Chek-out time: 11:00 a.m.
- Late Check-out: $25.00 - (if
available).
- Early Check-in: $25.00 - (if available).
- BBQ grill: on request, $25.00 per day.
- Baby crib: on request, $25.00 per stay.
- Additional deep cleaning service day: $35.00.
- Towel set replacement: $15.00.
- Bed linen set replacement: $15.00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villas.
- At the check-in, an authorization for $500 is needed from your credit card, and will be returned entirely at the check-out, if no eventualities occur (safety deposit)
Cancellation policy
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- 56 - 28 days prior to arrival: 25% of the reservation is non-refundable.
- 28 - 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation is non-refundable.
- 14 - 1 day(s) prior to arrival: 75% of the reservation is non-refundable.
- Day of arrival 100% of the reservation is non refundable.
