Spyglass House is is a cosy, light-filled house in the beautiful seaside suburb of Marino in Adelaide. It also has a playstation 4 and some games.

Spyglass House is a mid century solid brick house with a modern kitchen and bathroom and large deck. It is quiet and comfortable, with a light and airy feel and sea views from the living room, deck, garden and all the bedrooms. It has ducted evaporative air conditioning throughout, with a gas heater in the living room and electric convection heaters in the bedrooms and kitchen. There are wooden fl

oors throughout the bedrooms, kitchen and living rooms. The living room has a 55 inch smart tv with chrome cast and Apple TV. It is furnished with a leather sofa and 2 recliners. It opens onto the deck with outdoor tables and chairs and a gas BBQ. The bedrooms are all large with queen size beds and built in robes. The main bedroom has a window seat, and one bedroom has a sit stand desk, monitor and ergonomic chair. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery and glassware for 6, cooking utensils and pots and pans. In addition, there is a Nespresso machine, Breville milk brother, Sodastream and a rice cooker. There is a bike available for your use, and also a couple of body boards. The house is in a quiet no through road, and the native garden attracts a range of birdlife. Undercover parking is available in the carport adjacent the front door with access down a sloping driveway. Alternatively, you can always park on the street as it is a quiet no through road. Marino Rocks Railway station is 850m away, and a train to the city takes 30 minutes. Marino Rocks beach and cafe is 1.2km away, and Kingston Park Coastal Reserve, beachfront cafe (with excellent fish and chips) is 1.6km away. All are in walking distance, or it is an easy drive. Other attractions and Brighton beach and jetty and cafes 3.5km away and Glenelg beach and Jetty Road.
