Our Theos and Teens team are trying some new things at the moment, if you could please pray that these new ventures might be received positively by the community of Apollo Bay that would be amazing! Also, praise that we have the team members and resources to go out and try new things in order to start conversations about Jesus!

What team?

The long and the short of mission so far: this beautiful, Godly team have been going at 120% - and God has provided opportunities for sharing our faith, praying with people, and giving out bibles. It's awesome!

But, we're tired. Please pray that we might find strength in Christ: physically, emotionally and spiritually for the rest of our time here. 2 Corinthians 12 says "My [God's] power is made perfect in weakness" and so we pray that may be true in this team.

Almost at the half-way mark of our time in Apollo Bay!
The weather has held up over the past few days, and we have enjoyed some fantastic programs, with plenty of opportunities for fun, relationship building and sharing God's word.

Some prayer points:
- Prayer for health of the team. Sleep and rest in particular are hard to come by, which is taking its toll. Additionally, a number of the team have been under the weather, so prayer for them
- Praise for the families we've met, that we may continue to have opportunities to share with them
- Praise for the team's willingness to step up to challenges, their passion for God's mission in Apollo Bay
- Praise for the genuine joy in children seeing and participating in simple, fun activities!
- Prayer that we may continually be challenged to improve, that God's love may overflow in us, and be a light in this town
- Praise and a big thank you for everyone who's encouraged, supported and prayed for us!!

If you're a teen looking for something to do this morning, you could head down to the BBQ area on the foreshore where our teen leaders are holding a bible study! :)

Last month most of the team made it down to Apollo Bay to do some vital prepping for program!
We were able to make sure that our program is going to be packed with fun, conversation and learning all about Jesus, as well as looking at vital safety information for the kids and ourselves as we go on mission :)
Here are some photos of the organisation/planning that occurred on team weekend, and the fun team bonding too of course!

Some prayer points as we approach the final days before mission!
- prayer for health (a number of our team have become quite sick over the past week, prayer for full recovery!)
- praise that we have received council permission to use our normal location on the foreshore
- prayer for Allie and James, up to their eyeballs in checklists
- prayer for the people we will see in AB, that God may prepare their hearts for his word
- praise for all the churches supporting our team and mission
