It feels like a private paradise!

When we don’t have guests in the cottage, we’re often sitting here with our kids having happy hour!

One of the things we love most about our region is that it gives us the best of both worlds - coast and country.

There are so many beaches you can visit while staying with us. They’re calm, uncrowded, and oh so picturesque!

The Berry region has welcomed so many tourists this weekend! It’s fantastic to see people returning but it’s also been hard for local restaurants and cafes to meet the demand, with restrictions still being in place.

There’s no need to miss out on great food when you stay at TONIC though. Many restaurants are offering pick-up and in Berry is one that also delivers.

The Southern Fry burger (pictured in the middle) is our favourite one but there are so many other tasty dishes on offer.

These guys are so friendly and appreciate of your business - they’ve even been writing thank you messages on their delivery bags!

March and April are gorgeous times to visit our region.

What a sad start to the year it has been for many people in our region due to the bushfires. Homes, loved ones and animals lost. While people may not have had the words, they’ve certainly had the heart - our community and those around us have rallied together to support those who need it most.

You may know that the Shoalhaven is officially back open for business but may have been steering clear because conditions haven’t been ideal.

But the last couple of weeks has seen our area return to the way we know it - lush countryside, blue skies and beautiful beaches.
