• Katoomba Cascades and Reids Plateau area.
• Katoomba Night Lit Walk
• Burramoko Fire Trail (Baltzer's/Hanging Rock Lookout)
• Point Pilcher Fire Trail - Medlow Bath
• Wentworth Falls Picnic Area including walks to Princes Rock Lookout, Fletchers Lookout and the walk to the top of Wentworth Falls
• Shortcut Track between Wentworth Falls and Conservation Hut
• Rocket Point Lookout Trail

After all the rain the path to the cottage has been in need of new gravel. We had a busy day yesterday spreading it along the path and driveway. Thanks for your hard work.

It's beautiful weather this weekend but the leaves are already showing the first signs of Autumn in Blackheath. A visit to the Blue Mountains in Autumn is a must do to see the beautiful foliage and enjoy some walks in the cooler weather.

Sad and Happy news. We were devastated recently to lose our beautiful Belgian Shepherd Bjorn after he collapsed with a spinal condition, but we are happy to introduce a new puppy named Barnabas. He is helping to mend our broken hearts. We look forward to showing him off to guests soon.

I visited the Campbell Rhododendron Gardens in Blackheath yesterday. These Gardens have recently reopened after being damaged in the bushfires last Summer. Along with the stunning Rhododendron and Azalea display the Waratahs are looking great and the grass trees were blooming in abundance.

My favourites - daffodils. The Botanical gardens are always worth a visit when you are in the Mountains.
