To the women I know who have moved to the ends of the earth, to cultures where they don’t even speak the language, in pursuit of career fulfilment, love and adventure; you are courageous, strong and independent and I salute you.
To the women I know who have battled life threatening illness and the upheaval that comes along with it, but overcome it with positivity and grace; I am in awe of you.
To the single mothers I know who raise their families, financially support their families AND run their households AND have energy for their own passions; you are my superheroes.
To the working women I know who defy stereotypes and improve the world for those less fortunate; you restore my faith in humanity.
To the women I know who have their own businesses in order to create a better life for themselves, their families, their clients and their communities; find solace in your business sisters because their passion will become your passion and drive you harder to achieve more greatly.
To ALL the mums I know; your love and support has fostered a community of human beings without whom my life would be far less rich and I thank you.
To the men who support us in all of our pursuits, we couldn’t do it without you.

The potential of this space was unbelieveable! We had so much fun reimagining it with all the modern bells and whistles... but we also love some of the old-school features as we tripped down memory lane!

EPD is very excited to celebrate the re-launch of Can Tho Kitchen Bar in Runaway Bay! The owners Tara & Vien asked EPD and HARMONICA to give their family restaurant a major overhaul from branding to interiors and an integrated approach to the brief resulted in the translation of an AUTHENTIC, meaningful family story into a modern/vintage Vietnamese style restaurant bar celebrating the communal nature of share plates and Vietnamese street food. We are so thrilled with the results and the success of the refurbishment for our clients and their customers! Thanks also to Matt Hofmann for the photography.
