This process literally eats the Fat, Oil and Grease contained inside and outputs a 99% water soluable outflow to the sewer connection. Compared to a normal grease trap which needs to be pumped out quarterly or more depending on use and outputs up to 85% water soluable outflow the benefits are clear both for your bottom line and the environment.
