After a busy week of seeing the sights, many of our guests like to grab a bottle of red and settle in for a night in front of the fire. Whether it's catching up on conversation or a Netflix TV series, there's no better place to do it. Inala House really is your home away from home ❤️

Morning pit-stops at Harvest Newrybar allow us to escape the hustle and bustle of the town centre & soak up the surrounds on one of the prettiest streets in the area. Oh and the coffee and croissants are amazing ###

Many people ask why we called our little Byron Bay abode Inala House, so let us explain. Upon choosing a name, we wanted it to not only encompass everything we were about, but also pay our respects to the traditional owners of the land - the Arakwal Bumberlin people - who have inhabited Byron Bay coastline and it's surrounds for over 22,000 years. After much research and discussion, we discovered 'Inala', an Aboriginal word meaning "place of peace". As we contemplated the name, our little inner city home nestled in the quiet surrounds of our rainforest border, was just that - a place of peace - and Inala House was born. We love our name as much as our little piece of paradise in Arakwal Country and know you will too ###
