It has been a tumultuous year filled with lockdowns & travel restrictions, sadly meaning neither our family or guests have been able to consistently visit the island. Therefore, rather than leave the house empty during these uncertain times and with an immediate & rapidly increasing demand for long term rentals on the island we have decided to lease the house to a young local family to enjoy and make their home for the next 12 months or so.
This means it’s goodbye for now from while we ride out the Covid storm and focus on renovating our next project, our new family home! ✌🏽🤍

Booking with kids? From our paint your own ornament activity that you can take home as a souvenir, board games, karaoke machine, trampoline, soccer goal, travel cot, high chair, art caddy & last but not least Netflix & Disney Plus. There is no need to worry if the Victorian weather disappoints as there is still plenty to do on the island. Who needs to venture out anyway with a massive backyard and a house full of activities for all ages?!

Can’t go past for prints, they always come up with the goods! I’ve had this one for years, and it was the perfect piece for the bedside table in our master bedroom against the coral feature wall 👌🏽

Preserved Flowers ... so perfect for a holiday house where you aren’t there all the time and can’t use fresh flowers & also can’t keep houseplants alive! I got these from (my absolute favourite shop on the island, cannot leave there without buying something every single time!)

How good are plantation shutters!?
We LOVE them. They really were the finishing touch that the house needed & tie in perfectly with the chic coastal vibe we were aiming for. We ordered these from .com.au and the process couldn’t have been easier! You just measure up the window, order the blinds through their website, wait 6-8 weeks for delivery as they are custom made. We then installed them ourselves and it honestly took an afternoon to install 6 shutters! We are so happy with the end result and by going through .com.au and installing them ourselves they didn’t work out much more expensive than roller blinds 👏🏽
