We were lucky enough to be involved in the inaugural cape2cape Trek Fundraiser for our charity partners zero2hero along with other individual and corporate teams and supporters. Trekkers experienced tough terrain and conditions to complete the 135km Trek over 5-days. Trekkers are both physically and mentally challenged along the way. All Trekkers fundraised to participate in the event and funds went toward our State-wide mental health Schools Programs. The purpose of the trek is: - To increase mental health and wellbeing in our community - To fundraise for zero2hero’s youth suicide prevention programs - To connect with like minded corporate leaders It was challenging 5 days but packed with fun and insight about what the youth of WA are currently facing. Chasing Kangaroos through the bush at Eagle Bay. This one shows how well Kangaroos can hide and camouflage themselves among the bush scrub. This looks like a western grey kangaroo (also referred to as a black-faced kangaroo) which is a large and very common kangaroo found across the entire southern part of Western Australia, from just south of Shark Bay to coastal South Australia.
