The philosophy of Consistency is based around the 3 pillars of health and fitness that I think are essential for success:

1. Mindfulness, Mental Resilience and Meditation
2. Nutrition
3. Strength Training, Cardio & Flexibility

At Consistency, I focus on these 3 critical elements in a program designed to suit your needs and help you meet and achieve your health and fitness goals. I am a qualified personal trainer and a member of Fitness Australia specialising in Boxing, Muay Thai and Weight Loss. It is from my own experience of Weight Loss that I am able to pass on my expert knowledge. At 26, lifestyle and poor health choices saw me reach 130kg. I started my journey to achieve my health and fitness goals and got to a point where I had lost 50kg. Now at 39, My goal with Consistency, is to pass on my skills and knowledge to you who is ready to change and help you create the life that you deserve.
