Started in 2003 when 2 of us organised the first FJR Owners State of Origin ride bringing together FJR Owners from Australia. It is now an annual event.

Back in 2003 when the Yamaha FJR1300 was still a recently released model, 2 FJR Owners of us organised the first FJR Owners State of Origin ride bringing together FJR Owners from Australia. It is now an annual event, and the 10th Anniversary Ride was held in Nov 2012. Although originally restricted to FJR Owners and pillions, the weekend is now open to current and previous FJR Owners, would-be FJR

Owners, wannabe FJR Owners, and even bikers who have only ever seen a FJR1300 (and not even ridden one).
