We bought this cracker of a property back in July for two reasons.

Firstly, it’s going to be the PBA HQ 🙌🏽

Next year will consist of getting the plans finalised to renovate this beach shack into an office and the DA approved.

The end goal for the block down the track being 200m to the beach with ocean views is to develop the site with luxury villas.

Exciting times ahead. 🤙🏽
