Lesley Dowding has extensive experience in Federal and State Industrial Relations, serving 15 years with the State Govt's Dept of Commerce, Labour Relations Division. Lesley assisted local business owners, employees and school students during her time as Senior Industrial Inspector and Compliance & Education Officer. Experienced in the provision of up-front support to resolve grievances between employers and employees with the aim of assisting both parties achieve an amicable outcome. Expert advice on the application of State and Federal Awards, Agreements and industrial law. Accepting voluntary redundancy in Dec 2013, Lesley took on a role as Human Resource Manager with a local training organisation and operates a HR/IR consultancy.
