I have really let my creative juices flow today it’s the first time in a really long time that I have had to urge to do some craft so I thought I would make something a little different , We lost our Jacaranda tree in a storm some time ago so I used some of the wood to make the vase and the flowers are out of the garden 🍂 The old leather is just to give it a vintage touch.

My first attempt at a flavoured butter. Organic garlic from my beautiful sister Kym with Rosemary and Parsley from my little herb garden. The family were my taste testers this morning and I got the thumbs up 👍.

Today’s platter for our guests. Platters are freshly made with local sourced produce as well as fruit out of our small orchard which is farmed organically. Snowies temp has come down today and the vet is happy what it is now . Four more days of medications and I’m hoping he will back on track. He also loves his night jacket 💙.
