These are hard times and my industry has completely been brought to its knees. But behind the scene I've been busily working trying to get money back for all my valued clients.
It has been the most difficult time ever. Endless emails and phone calls to get answers or confirmation if refunds will be granted. But this is done on my time while attending to home schooling and trying to keep a smile on my face.
I just hope at the end of these uncertain times, I am able to assist every one to fulfill their travel dreams.

Remember to support the small businesses as well, they need it more than ever.

Australians have an estimated $10 billion tied up in unused holiday credits and refunds that are proving an ongoing headache for travel agents to sort out — yet they're not getting paid to do so.

This is the most difficult time for us all, but we need to be mindful of all the people working endlessly, from the person stacking shelves in the supermarkets, the teachers still out there teaching, the airline people getting people back and us travel agents who are working until late in the night to get all our wonderful clients back safe and sound.

It's a volatile time, please let's be mindful and grateful towards the ones who are doing their best. Don't let this situation turn us into ugly and unappreciative beings.

My days are blending into nights and trying to find a solution for all passengers. Reading through thousands of different policies, processing credits, refunds and knowing that this is not the end of it.

I just hope that there will be a light at the end of the tunnel and everyone effected will be able to pick themselves up. Alot of businesses are going to feeling it.

Remember try and support each other and thank the ones who are still working, but most of all try and be kind, whatever the outcome is.

Appreciation, smiles, kind gestures have a ripple affect, try this before yelling, slamming down phones, looking angry and upset.
