Magefekt was born out of a daily 2.5 hour commute of two General Motors engineers in Melbourne, Victoria. Neighbours Andrew Lamb and David Treanor used this opportunity to car pool from Melbourne’s Mornington Peninsula to General Motors Port Melbourne Factory. Little did they that these car trips would become an opportunity to share ideas that has evolved into the design and custom manufacture of
a battery that has the potential to give our customers a competitive advantage through smarter design. Andrew and David have used their combined 50+ years engineering expertise from the automotive, battery, mining, defense and industrial sectors to push the boundaries on what they could create. Our battery is an evolution of Andrew’s Solar Car Racing and David’s Battery Industry experience and is the most dense lithium ion battery that we know exists.
