Services: Services seek to help with savouring life as it is, as well as how members hope it might become. This includes selections of music, inspirations from nature, virtual and actual holidays, health and fitness help, life reflections and coaching on hopes. Research based: Services drawing upon learning from extensive research about what helps to build wellbeing; so they can give a great dispr

oportionate return on effort. Innovative: Services are delivered via innovative web based technologies and strategies allowing members to easily enjoy the benefits without taking much extra time in their week. Relational Community: Members can enjoy the experience with friends within our on-line community, while also having their own mentor assisting them to benefit from these services and in realising their personal hopes and aspirations. Diverse Resources: We are grateful for the huge contribution of many local and world experts to the libraries of video and audio content supporting our services. We also encourage our members to benefit from resources on the internet and our on-line coaching. Inclusive, yet with a focus: While services are offered to all in the community, we particularly want them to be tailored to suit those who give ‘so much more’ in our community. There are many groups in our community which fit this criterion, including single parents working full time and raising a family. Obvious professional groups come to mind who also give lots to our community without as much recognition as they deserve. Great Value: Services offered for a low cost annual fee making it easy for members to benefit, as well as for organisations to offer these services as an employee benefit.
