The Client Experience Assistant role is to create an amazing Gravity Experience for clients from the moment they walk in the door and throughout their journey with Gravity. This involves delivering a premium client experience, undertaking the daily operations and quality assurance processes of the centre in collaboration with the centre’s management.

We are an established integrated health centre that has proven physical and mental wellness benefits.

We offer therapeutic services including: Floatation, Infrared, Massage, PEMF Therapy, & Wellness Coaching 
We are a cutting edge business in health & wellness operating 7 days a week 10am to 10pm. **weekend and night availability is a MUST** only apply if you have the capacity to work weekends and evenings.

You are an empathetic therapist with exceptional interpersonal skills and understand that health and wellbeing is best approached through a holistic lens.

Qualification & Experience
• Cert IV in Massage Therapy or Diploma of Remedial Massage or like qualification
• Professional membership with an accredited association
• Eligible for provider numbers HICAPS rebates (Diploma) desirable
• 2+ years experience preferred (if a recent graduate we’ll consider your application with feedback from your college)

PEMF is a non-invasive medical device that is intended to be in contact with the clothed patient‘s body for less than 60 minutes. The PEMF device Gravity uses is called the iMRS. The iMRS has a prime magnetic resonance stimulation system that uses pulsating electromagnetic fields to activate various physiological processes in the body. This is done by using magnetic field pulses.
