Ok, fair warning. You need to start booking your accommodation now if you plan of coming to Newcastle for June school holidays (and why wouldn't you want to). Last school holidays were extremely heavily booked, with many people missing out. Early signs are that this coming holiday period is going to be the same. Plan early or miss out.

Newcastle Accommodation Management

A bit of a milestone for the business behind the brand.

A bit of reflection as we are coming up to our third birthday.

Just three short years ago we brought a small business with 12 properties under management. Through various reasons, we only have 4 of those original properties still on our books but have added another 32 houses or units to currently manage a total of 36. By the end of next month we should have an additional 5 units on board pushing us over the 40 mark.

As our business grows, we have expanded beyond the original houses and units model to include multi-unit complexes and expanded into the Hunter. We now operate six market focused consumer brand names as well as our services brand.

Our rent roll has quadrupled in 3 years with these changes in our portfolio.

And this is just the beginning.
