It was great to head back to Ravensthorpe to spend two days with Superintendents. It's key to every business to continually improve the working team and ensure that everyone is on the same page. The emu's just looked adorable.

It was fantastic to head to Ravensthorpe to spend two days with the Management Team earlier this month. Great opportunity for indepth conversations, refocusing and of course have some fun.

It was fantastic to work with the team from Rural Health West. They shared valuable conversations that they wouldn't normally have in the workplace, laughed a lot and really got to know each other. Chris from the Pilbara region said that in four hours he had built relationships that would normally take 6-12 months. Gotta be happy with that.

Ok, so it has been three years since the last post but all I can say is a lot has been going on for me which has been more in the charity sector. I thoroughly enjoyed yesterday afternoon with some very inspirational people from DLGC. We had a lot of fun and their paintings were absolutely amazing and each reflected their journey.
