I believe that one of the greatest gifts we can give to our children is supporting them in opening up about their thoughts and feelings from a young age. Particularly, around situations that ‘don’t make us feel good on the inside'; such as experiences of being bullied, adjusting to new environments, being in conflic
t with friends and grief and loss. I hear about these challenges every day, in my role as a counselor, and so it is from this place of awareness that I would like to share with you my books, which are a resource to opening up important conversations about feelings and challenging situations for children in a fun and creative manner.
