This stunning Large waterfront 2 story holiday home is situated on the banks of the Burrill Lake in Kings Point. It is the perfect holiday home to relax & unwind with family and friends while exploring the wonderful south coast.

With high ceilings and highlighted windows, featuring a stained glass image of our iconic pigeon house mountain creates a sense of space and light as you enter the property.

The dining area seats a comfortable 8 leading into an open laid back living room with a wood fireplace, large television and DVD player overlooking the lake.
