Today is my 100 consecutive days of hiking 20,000 steps or more per day . Looking back on this journey I have seen some extraordinary places , met some wonderful people and lost some equally wonderful people from my life …… this 100 days of life ….. 100 days of good and bad ….. where will I be in the next 100 …… 265 days to go to make my full year of non stop steps.

It is a day where I feel excited I made it this far but it highlights the changes I have seen and makes me sad that life cycle means we always have goodbyes ….. of course these are balanced by hello ….. one day it will be my final goodbye without a new hello …. I hope that I can honour my life with as many more hello than goodbye
