These elegant cats live a precarious existence shaped by the threats of rival predators and the increasing footprint of humans on the landscape. Great Plains cofounders Dereck and Beverly Joubert have spent their lives fighting for big cats and their latest film "The Way of the Cheetah" celebrates Africa's fastest land animals in a visual extravaganza of their hunting prowess and social dynamics. ⁣
