A great weekend for the Mount Beauty Writers Festival . Thank you Fay Mason and the committee for bringing this wonderful event together. It was great to meet such amazing authors and pick up some new books . Costa Georgiadis was very entertaining and it was great to catch up with one of my favorites Roland Perry again. I can’t wait for the 2024 Mount Beauty Writers Festival.

Our last day of skiing for the season will be tomorrow Wednesday 20th September due to continued high temperatures and decreasing snow coverage. Thank you to all our guests and staff that made 2023 a fantastic season!

If you have pre-purchased Resort Entry, you will be contacted to arrange a refund. Please also be advised chains are no longer legally required to be carried to the resort from Thursday 21st September.

Important information if you are planning to visit Falls Creek this winter. 🥶☃️❄️

REMINDER ‼️ As we head into peak season and the resort experiences increased visitation, those travelling to Falls Creek MUST pre-purchase Resort Entry online and in advance this winter.

On busy days, Resort Entry Day permits can hit capacity. If this happens, those who have not pre-purchased will be refused entry.

Pre-purchase and print your permit at home to cruise straight past the ticket box and get on to the slopes faster. If you do not have a printer, our staff can print for you at the ticket box but you will need to wait in the queue.

Overnight visitors and pre-purchased permits including season permit holders will always have priority access to the resort.
