We have 2 houses right next to each other overlooking the beautiful Terrigal beach. Sleeps up to 20 adults and children. One house is a 3 storey 5 bedroom and the other a 2 storey 5 bedroom. Stay together and enjoy all that Terrigal has to offer. ** Please Note...We have some strict rules on noise as we have elderly neighbours. This house is for families and quieter groups only. Please dont book for Parties, Bucks or Boys groups or Hens nights. You will be asked to leave if it gets noisy or we have any complaints at all....We have older neighbours and noise curfews are strict. No noise after 11pm weekends and 10pm weeknights. Both houses are side by side and joined by a small path as both kitchens and main areas are on the same level. There are a total of 10 bedrooms all together.
1st house. 3 storey has 5 bedrooms all with queen beds. And 2.5 bathrooms. Also the upstairs bedrooms have 1 queen 1 sofa bed and 1 queen 1 single bed. Plus one bathroom. Middle level kitchen lounge dining, toilet and 1 queen bedroom. Also bbq and large outdoor entertaining area. lower level has 2 bedrooms both with queen beds. 2nd lounge area ( great for kids ) and also a bathroom with laundry facilities. all 3 levels have decks with amazing beach views.
2nd house has 5 bedrooms, 4 with queens. And 2 bathrooms. Main level has Kitchen Dining Lounge Large deck and bbq area. 1 Bathroom and 3 rooms all with queen beds. The downstairs also has amazing views and has a lounge room with sofa bed the 4th bedroom with queen size bed and a 5th bedroom with 2 singles (please note the 5th bedroom is the size of a small study). This level also has a bathroom with all laundry facilities.
