Great news: The weather forecast for the 26th of December looks fantastic, so we will have great conditions for our Boxing Day Cruises! ☀️

And due to popular demand we have added two extra cruises departing from Darling Harbour and Manly.

Boxing Day and our Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race cruises are now only 2 weeks away!

Boxing Day is one of the most exciting days on Sydney Harbour, and there’s no better way to enjoy it than on one of our Boxing Day cruises departing from Circular Quay, Darling Harbour and Manly.

Join us on December 26 as we get amongst the action of the Rolex Sydney to Hobart yacht race, with front row seats watching the start in the harbour and then chasing the fleet out of the heads as far down south as Maroubra!

Friends and family of race crew are most welcome! We attempt to work back through the fleet once out of the harbour to say a final farewell all those with loved ones on boats heading south.

Opal savings start today for Manly Fast Ferry!

From today, the Manly Fast Ferry service between Manly and Circular Quay is part of the Opal network. Opal gates are now operational and passengers can tap on like all other Opal services.

Fares are now the same as the current F1 service Opal fares, and all standard Opal benefits apply, including discounts for Concession, Gold Senior/Pensioner, and Child/Youth Opal card holders, daily, weekly and weekend fare caps and more.

Great news!

From Sunday 1 October the Manly to Circular Quay Manly Fast Ferry service will see fares fall to the same single-journey price as the F1 Ferry service, and the same array of Opal benefits offered across the Opal network will kick-in.

👉 New timetable effective from 1st July

As part of our current contract with Transport for NSW the updated timetable will enhance the frequency of the service even further, with an additional 17 weekday services operating between Manly and Circular Quay.

Fast ferries will depart every 10 minutes during weekday morning and afternoon peak times, and every 20 minutes during off peak times and on weekends.

Manly Fast Ferry is also working closely with Transport for NSW to integrate its service with the Opal network by the end of 2023.

This will bring price parity with the F1 ferry service, introduces the weekly travel cap and reward on Opal cards for the Manly Fast Ferry service and opens the service up to all Opal card types.

These changes will provide greater choice and value for the local community and visitors alike.

👉 New timetable effective from 1st April

As part of our new agreement with Transport for NSW the updated timetable will enhance the frequency of the service, with an additional 18 weekday and 16 weekend services operating between Manly and Circular Quay.

Fast ferries will depart every 15 minutes during weekday morning and afternoon peak times, and every 20 minutes on weekends. Services will depart earlier in the morning and later in the evening on both weekdays and weekends.

We had an absolute blast watching the start of the Rolex Sydney Hobart yacht race on Sydney Harbour yesterday!

We could not have asked for better conditions as we followed the leaders down the coast to Maroubra, before we headed back we worked our way through the pack and said a final farewell to all those with loved ones on boats heading towards Hobart.

Aqua Rugby Australia is a 3-day floating rugby festival, happening November 10th to 12th in the picturesque Manly Cove.

With full-contact matches played atop of a 30 x 30 metre floating pontoon where players have to dive off the pitch into the water to score a try or can be crash-tackled off the side of the pontoon.

Headlined by two-time world cup winner Ma’a Nonu, the floating festival is packed with current & former rugby stars from the Men’s & Women’s game, they will be playing for a diverse mix of professional & amateur teams from all around Australia.
