Farm Experience This experience is ideal for families with young children. It includes morning/afternoon tea and having fun leading your llama through an obstacle course. Approx 1.5hrs duration, Maximum group size of 6. $35 per person (12yrs and older) $25 per child (under 12yrs) As of January 1 2021, prices will change to $35 per person (3yrs and under free but will need to share a llama with a paying adult) If you already have an existing booking the current price will apply. There must be at least one full paying adult in each group to supervise children. Not suitable for prams Hanging Rock Reserve Walk This experience is for ages 12yrs and over only, 5km walk over 3hrs including entry into the iconic Hanging Rock Reserve and morning or afternoon tea. Maximum group size of 6. $55 per person As of January 1 2021, price will change to $60 per person. If you already have an existing booking the current price will apply. Not suitable for prams or infants due to safety reasons
Domino Trail Day Walk This experience is on the Domino Rail Trail, between Trentham and Lyonville and return, 12km over approx 5.5hrs. Maximum group size of 6. $75 per person (aged 12yrs+) $65 per child (under 12yrs) As of January 1 2021, price will change to $80 per adult and $70 per child under 12yrs. If you already have an existing booking the current price will apply. Not suitable for prams or infants due to safety reasons On a llama trek you can hike the beautiful and serene locations of the Macedon Ranges and Hepburn Shire. You will see and experience the Australian bush in a very unique way.
Llamas make great hiking companions, and in fact the relationship goes far beyond them simply transporting your supplies. Llamas are naturally curious and very aware of their surroundings, often the first to spot wildlife along the trail. They enjoy new sights and become very much a partner in your adventure.
