Youth Tourism Foundation Youth in tourism and ALL its facets The second step would be the consolidation of all the issues raised, and addressed to the best of the foundation’s ability.

This forum is the first step of a two-part process where we will first start tourism related discussion over a three- month period and then meet at the end for a physical forum, where we can continue the debates from online and think of resolutions to the problems that we as youth face in this industry. The foundation would assist persons in various areas in their personal and professional develop

ment to become active participants and leaders in the tourism industry of the future. The assistance would come in the form of training, educational tours, mentorship programmes, sustainable awareness, entrepreneurship and empowerment. The key areas for youth to be aided with to ensure and further enhance and enable their ability to not only survive, but thrive in the tourism industry.
