The passengers are requested to report at the terminal 30 minutes prior to the appropriate time. There are no refunds. All
sales are final. Changes will be possible if information 12 hours prior to departure time only if there is availability of the next date. Incase if the journey has been made but the customer couldn’t reach their desired destination that is beyond anyone’s control then 60% of their journey fare will be refunded either by the authority or thorough their agents depending from where the customers availed their tickets from. Complementary snacks cannot be guaranteed if the customer purchases ticket on the same day of travel
