Your villa was built in 2009 and is located is a very quiet street, only a 3 minute walk from the local minimart and dining facilities. There are two bathrooms with toilet and washbasins a well as double showers , no more waiting to use the bathroom! There are also 6 childrens beds 120-60, which according to your needs can be placed in your bedroom or in a separate room. The livingroom has two com
fortable 4 person sofas, two ottomans and a rockingchair. For your entertainment there is a flatscreen TV, DVD-player, home cinema and satellite reception. The dining area easily seats 10 and if you feel like a lovely glass of Bulgarian wine, you can choose from the array in the winecabinet. In the open kitchen you will find all your cooking equipment including a stove with oven, a microwave, dishwasher, toaster grill, freezer, coffeedrip, watercooker, fruitpress and 15 person cutlery and china set. From the livingroom you can walk out to the terrace, a covered diningarea to easily seat 16 with bbq and a beautiful view of the 9 by 5 meter pool with loungedeck and the balkans in the backdrop. By way of the terrace the children can reach the playroom to enjoy games, relax or nintendo wii, or excercise outside on the trampoline next to the Walnuttree and of course swim to their hearts content, whilst you get a lovely suntan on one of the loungebeds or loungechairs. The sauna, which seats 12 or 5 laying down, is heated by a finnish woodburning stove, cool down under the poolside showers and take a dip!! You also have use of an outside toilet to keep your floors dry inside. Furthermore you have a washingmachine at your disposal as well as optional internet, babyphones, barbeque, and if you stay longer than a week we will arrange for a house cleaner.
