Ever since its inception, Chobanov & Stoyanov Ltd. has been focusing its efforts mainly in the fields of premium property development, but we also offer our private and corporate clients a full spectrum of high-end services in construction and finishing works across Europe and the Middle East. We are a family owned business by nature as our company is run personally by its real owners, Mr. Nicola Stoyanov who serve as its general directors. The services we offer are managed by a team of full-time in-house experts even though for certain projects and jobs we use a short list of subcontractors with excellent track record and a long history working with us. CONSTRUCTION AND PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
Typically, we provide our construction services either as sole contractors or as part of a consortium of companies. In the early days of its existence, between 2004 and 2009, Chobanov & Stoyanov Ltd. gained a great deal of experience in residential construction. Over a short period of time we completed a considerable number of residential and vacation developments in the medium and value-for-money segment of the market in line with popular demand back in those days. During that period our architectural firm of choice was Art New Vision. Some of our more significant projects of that time include: Sunset Kosharitsa 1, 2 and 3, Emberli in the Black Sea resort of Lozenets, Redenka Holiday Club near Razlog, and our Bansko Ski Resort developments such as Grand Montana, Belmont, Mountview Lodge, and Eagle's Nest among others. In the boom years of the Bulgarian real estate market we used to sell almost 100 % of our buildings before they were even completed. Since the start of 2009 we have been concentrating all our efforts in boutique construction of premium-class buildings with stunning looks and atmosphere, meticulously planned to the smallest detail. Some of the exclusive projects we have completed in the recent years, such as Sunset Villas, the Dobur Yunak Residence in Sofia, and Sunset Deluxe Marittima, together with the ongoing Belle Époque Ambelits Beach residence clearly outline the new direction we intend to follow in the future. The Blackmount Sofia and Sunset Deluxe Romana projects which we have planned for our immediate future are fully aligned with our ambition to carve out a niche in the premium property development market. During this second phase of our company’s history we worked exclusively with Genig Studio which currently employs some of the most successful architects in Bulgaria. Since 2004 we have invested in and completed more than 20 residential buildings and gated holiday complexes, and over 50 single-family homes and vacation homes located mainly in Bulgaria’s seaside and mountain resorts. We have also worked on the concept and project management on a number of successful local and European developments. The total floor space of the buildings we have constructed is in excess of 150 000 square meters while the number of the units (apartments and holiday homes) we have sold in the complexes we have built is over 1 500! These are truly impressive figures considering the fact that we have been operating on the construction and development market for merely 10 years. We attribute our success in the field of construction and development of residential and vacation complexes mostly to the excellent teams of professionals we employ and, of course, to the support we receive from other companies in our corporate group. We used our affiliated companies to design, market, furnish, manage, and maintain the facilities and complexes we have built. Thus far we have completed and commissioned many residential buildings and complexes having acquired all of the necessary commissioning permits.
