Stoyanovo Village is located at 7 kilometers to Varshets toward Montana, Vratsa. Through the passage Petrohan the distance is 105 kilometers far from Sofia; through Vitinya Pass, following the direction Botevgrad - Vratsa - 126 km. There are direct buses twice a day:
- Sofia Montana in Stoyan
ovo - 8.30 and 13.00
- Sofia – Montana; in Montana where there is a waiting bus for Varshets
Stoyanovo is a small village located on the main road Varshets – Montana, Varshets – Vratsa. There are good opportunities for recreation, tourism, fishing, beach, spa and cultural tourism. Two rooms, a bedroom and a single room with a private bathroom. The house is in an old style, restored and renewed. 1. Tourism - you can go to Ivanchova Meadow using the eco-path in the town of Varshets. You can go up to The Kaleto - the fortress which is located above the village, where you will see a farm for vultures.
2. In Varshets you can see the first casino in Bulgaria, the town museum, the renovated park and the Klisura Monastery - the second largest monastery in Bulgaria, which is 15 kilometers far from Stoyanovo Village. You can visit the city and explore Berkovitsa City Museum and the Ethnographic Museum.
3. Spa Tourism. Varshets has 3 spa-hotels where you can use year-round spa pools and enjoy spa treatments. In the summer you can use the swimming pools both in Varshets and in the village of Stanchevtsi. The mineral water is from several springs and its temperature is 37 degrees Celsius. The water is clear and mild. It is used for treatments of cardiovascular diseases, motor-supporting apparatus etc.
