Overview
This is a cozy apartment on the 8th floor of a brand new building.
The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and a hammock where you can enjoy a lazy afternoon having a beer, a glass of wine or sipping a cup of coffee. It´s a one-bedroom airy and lighty apartment which can accommodate up to four people (two in the bedroom equipped with a couple bed and two more in the living room equipped with a sofa bed). It's only a 3-minute-walk from Alto do Ipiranga subway station and 30 minutes or less by subway to most of Sao Paulo's major attractions such as: Paulista Avenue(15min), Ibirapuera Park(35min), Aclimacao Park(20min), Ipiranga Museum and Gardens(15min), Masp Museum(20min), the Old City Center(30min), The Soccer Museum (35min) and the World Cup Stadium (1 hour). The building was finished in mid September 2013 and offers amenities such as swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, sport court, game room, etc. It is also equipped with surveillance cameras and a 24-hour reception desk. In addition, the neighborhood is safe and very pleasant with supermarkets, restaurants and many stores nearby. Interestingly, this is the very same place where Brazil's independence was declared and, therefore, it is an area of great historical importance to the country. If time allows, I will be glad to show guests around so that they can easily find anything they may need. Important information
- No pets are allowed,
- Smoking is permitted only in the balcony (which, by the way, offers a great view),
- For reservation a 50% fee of the total value is required and the remaining value should be paid on arrival
- After 10:00pm noise should be avoided
