With a limited number of guests per day on this Pearl Island shore excursion from Nassau, this is truly a small piece of tropical paradise. Admire the natural beauty including hermit crabs, curly-tailed lizards, and its spectacular marine life. Upon arrival to private Pearl Island, your friendly shore excursion staff will guide you to your private cabana for the day. With amazing views of the lighthouse, you can settle in your cabana and relax. Your personal server will also offer you a complimentary welcome drink. On this private excursion, each guest receives a freshly prepared Bahamian lunch served such as BBQ chicken, fish fingers, peas and rice, coleslaw, and lemonade (items may vary). You can also take advantage of a unique island bar serving up tropical concoctions with and without alcohol for an additional cost (CASHLESS, CREDIT CARD ONLY). If you would like to join the included guided snorkel excursion, please bring your snorkel gear! Due to COVID health and safety measures, snorkel gear is not included or available on the island. All guests on Pearl Island have access to 2 stunning beaches and will have use of kayaks and SUP stand-up paddleboards along with water mats and trampolines to enjoy the turquoise water. Do not forget to climb the iconic lighthouse to admire the beautiful and breathtaking landscape. There are water stations on the island, restrooms, showers, a bar, as well as lockers (rental cost of approx. $10.00 USD). Upon completion of your Pearl Island excursion, the boat will take you back to your Nassau cruise terminal with plenty of time to board your ship. You are required to wear a mask to cover your mouth and nose during the ferry ride to the island. During the time on Pearl Island you are not required to wear a mask. Our staff is fully trained and certified by The Ministry of Tourism to meet the stringent international hygiene standards.
6 feet social distancing will be practiced on all vessels, beaches, lounge areas, bars, water sport activities, and between staff and guests. All employees are required to wear disposable masks and gloves. All high touch surfaces will be constantly and consistently cleaned and sanitized before, during, and post-tour using EPA-approved disinfection including vessels, bars, lighthouse, and water-sport equipment. Hand sanitizers are available on all vessels and on the island. Guests are required to sanitize their hands before and during our tours. We establish a maximum number of guests per excursion and per snorkel tour to practice physical distancing. Food will be served by our staff at a designated lunch area.
