Today marks the start of the 2022 Food and Wine Festival in Epcot. This event runs until November 19 and features delicious food and drink from all over the world in the World Pavilion. There will also be some RunDisney events happening during this period.
We will be attending in person on September 8th to try many of the options this annual event has to offer!

Once Anton Ego lost his credibility, he opened up a wine store called La Cave D’Ego - Vins Fins.
At the exit of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Ego has his wine store all set up! In the window, there’s 3 wine bottles with very specific dates. 2007 for the year the movie was released, 2014 for the year the ride opened in Disneyland Paris (Euro Disney) and finally, 2021 for the ride opening in Orlando, Florida.
Check it out next time you’re in Epcot and ask the Cast Members all about more tasty facts about the attraction.
Flower and Garden at EPCOT was amazing and beautiful in so many ways! The festival food 🎉 was top notch around the world, and had great sustainable and plant based alternatives. 🌱

We are so excited to be returning to the most magical place in earth. Not only will we be doing at Epcot, but all 4 park, 2 birthday celebrations, a stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge, 2 days in Universal Studios, and new places in Orlando we have never been!!! This time we will be going with Mads’ Mum and sister….nonjome we have this vacation planned for almost 2 years.
Where the adventure never stops and happiness is found...inside my van.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to rent a van and drive...and keep driving? The freedom of the open highway with no itinerary, rules or expectations. It's a unique way of traveling that's not meant for everyone. Here is are some pros and cons to help finalize your decisions to step out into the world and try something new OR better understand that maybe it's not your thing!
Pros:
1. Flexibility: the option to go wherever, whenever you want to with your own schedule.
2. Fewer Expenses: Based on each individuals personal expenses, which means that you can save money and reach financials goals.
3. Live Simply: fewer things, fewer belongings
4. Spend more time outdoors, enjoying nature and everything it has to offer.
5. Meet like-minded people on the open road
6. Unplug from the world: Take a break from social media and the news and live life. Forget the drama, chaos and complexities of the technological world.
Cons:
1. Showers are less frequent
2. Space is tight and limited especially with your significant other or pets
3.Vans get messy very fast and require constant cleaning
4. Finding fill and dump stations is undesirable
5. You'll be likely spend more time in public restrooms
6. You have to be mindful of safety when parking and choosing campsites
7. You need backup plan in case you get stuck or your van breaks down
8. City driving and exploration can be a pain
9. Cell service and wifi can be very unreliable
Hopefully these pros and cons helped motivate you to get out there and adventure. Live the Vanlife for a few days or a week and see if it's for you and if not you can't say you never tried.

You need a park-to-park ticket in order to get into both on the same day. Want to ride the Hogwarts Express, same thing folks, platform 9 3/4 conductors to Hogwarts won’t let you board with out a 2 park pass.
