We’ve just put a trio of sandwiches in the cooler. The muffaletta is a sandwich out of New Orleans. Italian inspired, so it’s filled with Italian deli meats, cheese, olive tapenade, arugula, roasted veggies, aioli, and balsamic dressing. All piled high on Tuscan bread. We also have a veggie brioche bun with cream cheese, roasted sweet peppers, cucumber, avocado, and fresh spinach. Last but not least is a chicken chipotle on a brioche bun. Oven roasted chicken, red onion, Prontissimas own Romesco, cream cheese, Gouda, and fresh spinach. Just a skosh of mild chipotle aioli. Perfect grab and go for that picnic lunch you’ve planned for tomorrow. Or that alpine hike with your friends in the great outdoors. There’s so much in store for you. Pop buy our shop in Tin Town. We are here until 5:30. Just a reminder 📌that we are closed for the long weekend.

Are you a morning person? Looking for volunteers from 7:45am to 9:30am to assist our market vendors as they find their assigned locations along Willow Street.

Not a morning person? No problem, we can use your help for our afternoon shift 4:00pm to 5:30pm as our vendors make their way out of the Willow Street.
